Project meeting in Sevilla
The Third and latest project meeting was held in Sevilla from 9th to 11th October 2017
All the Partners agreed on the development of the questionnaires to be sent to the different targets involved in the project, in order to collect useful information about the ROI in international mobility projects.
An Alpha and Beta test, will be sent soon as pilot surveys to a selected number of external respondents of each category (hosting companies, sending schools/organizations/ students engaged in mobility experiences). These beneficiaries will act as” critical friends”, providing not only answers to questionnaires, but also feedback on the process and on the questionnaires themselves (user-friendliness, wording, etc.).
The Main survey will then be conducted in January and February 2018 among the widest possible sample of respondents: the goal is to collect at least 120 answers from each category from each partner country.
All the partners agree to meet again in Bruxelles in May 2018
